At QDC, we understood these challenges firsthand.
QDC was founded by a third-generation dry cleaning entrepreneur, Rachit Ahuja, who experienced the operational struggles of his family-owned dry cleaning business closely. Back in 2010, he realised that most software in the market was either too expensive, too complicated, or simply didn't understand the real needs of laundry owners. The industry needed technology built specifically for laundries and dry cleaners. That vision led to the creation of QDC.
